Clinton Warns Dems on Medicare Reform

Former President Bill Clinton made waves yesterday with his own spin on the NY-26 race and what it meant. At a forum of the Pete Peterson Foundation, Clinton said of the results, "I'm afraid that the Democrats will draw the conclusion that because Congressman Ryan's proposal, I think, is not the best one, that we shouldn't do anything and I completely disagree with that."  In a private conversation with Rep. Paul Ryan, Clinton went further by urging that the congressman call him to get Democrat support for Medicare reforms.  Far-left bloggers have already piled on Clinton, from politely disagreeing to suggesting he "STFU".  Apparently the Daily Kos crowd would rather launch hyper partisan attacks than come together to save Medicare for future generations.
