Romney Begins Campaign with HC Speech

GOP front-runner Mitt Romney is expected to deliver a speech on health care in Ann Arbor, MI this Thursday. After skipping last week's SC debate, this move is speculated to signal the 'real beginning' of the race for Governor Romney. The speech will defend Romney's Massachusetts statewide plan, and set forth a blueprint for repeal and replacement of Obamacare. Michigan is seen as a crucial primary state for Romney, whose father previously served as governor of the state.
